I am happy to inform you that you have been chosen to participate in the
training program for the Sharek DDC Project described in the enclosed Brochure.
Please reply to this invitation as soon as possible , and in any case
within two weeks, so that if you are not available we may extend a similar
invitation to another well-qualified Sharek DDC applicant.
An invitation acceptance form and a period envelope are enclose , as are
other forms which should be completed and returned if you accept the
invitation.
I am sure you will do well in training , however , I must remind you
that no one is finally selected for Sharek DDC service overseas until successful
completion of training.
